Overview
Stand up paddle also called SUP, or simply paddle or more rarely paddle board in Quebec, is a nautical sliding sport where the practitioner stands up (stand up in English) on a board longer than a classic surfboard, propelled using a paddle.

Day Program : Stand-UP Paddle Experience
There is no better way to spend a summer day! Join us on the water to unwind and bask. We generally paddle around for a little while and then anchor our boards. Feel free to bring our own refreshments. No Paddleboarding experience necessary and kids are welcome to join.
- $45 per person with all necessary equipment included
- 60 minute paddle with a 15 minute buffer
- On land paddle instruction, instructor stays on the water with the class
